Indy celebrates Hispanic Heritage Month with food, music, dance, art and more! This is your arts guide specially curated by Arte Mexicano en Indiana and Nopal Cultural.
Indy Arts Council believes every resident of Indianapolis should experience arts and culture in a way that nourishes and inspires them. This vision – A Creative Life for All – is central to the work we do to support artists, arts organizations and residents.Â
The DeHaan Artist of Distinction Exhibition
The DeHaan Artist of Distinction exhibition, October 4 – November 14, features the work of five Indiana-based contemporary artists who received grants of up to $10,000 to take creative risks. This year’s show captures the journeys of five artists through powerful narratives of immigration, cultural heritage and self-discovery.
The DeHaan Artist of Distinction program is generously funded by Christel DeHaan.
