Cynthia J. Young

Cynthia Young is an Indiana-based artist whose work explores natural and human forms through an experimental, intuitive style. She holds a degree in Interior/Environmental Design from Ball State University and has significant experience leading arts organizations, including serving as Executive Director of the SullivanMunce Cultural Center. Cynthia’s art has been featured in exhibitions such as the Minnetrista Annual Juried Art Show and the Indiana State Fair. In addition to gallery work, she has created public art projects including a painted traffic control box, the Walking Man Sculpture, and murals for local schools. Cynthia is committed to the role of art in community engagement and cultural well-being, blending her design background with vibrant, spontaneous creativity.
