Gabrielle Patterson is an actress, playwright, poetess, director and all around creative. She is the 2022 Southern Fried National Poetry Slam Champion. She has been performing across the country for more than 20 years. She has been the opening act for national artists, and has played many stages all across her great state of Indiana.
Gabrielle has been is several stage productions both as an actress, as well as the director of her own stage plays including the most recent called YOUR LOVE WILL BE JUDGED which was nominated for a Broadway World Indianapolis Award for best new stageplay.
Gabrielle has dedicated her time and energy to focusing on the state of equity in the arts community in her city. She is currently a board member for IndyFringe Theatre and is working in partnership with several organizations to ensure that people of color in Indianapolis and the surrounding communities have spaces to share their artwork.
