Indianapolis, Center Township, born & raised. Attended IPS 91, Short Ridge Middle School for Visual Arts & Broad Ripple High School again for Visual Arts; before going on to receive his Bachelors in Studio Arts focusing on printmaking & drawing from Herron School of Art & Design. While in high school, late 2005/early 2006, Robert took up graffiti as a hobby, later becoming a lifestyle. Early on in college, Robert started dipping his toes in legal mural work as a way of supplying & subsidizing his lifestyle. Soon much of his life would revolve around graffiti & art, learning to take on art related work for his full time job. Using his printmaking degree and experience, Robert became a printmaker for just over a decade, working in commercial screen printing press operating. All while working part-full time on the side as a mural painter, graphic designer and gallery artist. Recently (2024) Robert made a big leap in his career. When Robert started college, he was an Art Education major, but had a change of heart, changing his major to chase after dreams of being a successful full time artist. Late 2024, Robert reignited his dreams of being an educator by accepting a position as an elementary school art teacher. Robert is a well educated yet salt of the earth type of artist, plugged into the cultural life blood of this city. His style is still very reminiscent of his graffiti roots, with elements of pop and conceptual art in juxtaposition.
