Level 2 Operating Support Program
Organizations with budgets between $250,000 and $5 million annually.
The Level 2 Operating Support program provides unrestricted investment in the general operations, administration, and programming of eligible arts and cultural organizations in Indianapolis/Marion County. Level 2 Operating Support grant recipients demonstrably advance the Arts Council of Indianapolis’ mission of sustaining a full creative life for all residents of this city. These investments are intended to supplement other revenue, both earned and contributed, generated by the organization.
Organizations must meet all criteria listed to be eligible for Level 2 Operating Support as outlined in the Guidelines and Application Instructions.
Currently, awards in this category are up to $50,000, with a minimum of $5,000, however the final award is conditional upon availability of funds appropriated and allotted to the Arts Council of Indianapolis from the City of Indianapolis.
