If I weren't an arts administrator, I would be: Teaching Art History or working for an organization that advances the rights of women and girls around the world.
Inspiration: Artists creating artwork that takes me where I have not been before and cannot go without them.
Reading: Usually philosophy or art history texts.
Zen Moment: The moment when the warm sunshine first hits your skin and blue water and palm trees are in sight.
Current Project: We recently launched Artist Industry Nights to allow artists of all disciplines to come together in a relaxed environment to socialize, catch up, learn what else is happening in the creative community, and potentially collaborate. The goal is to create a stronger network of support amongst artists. Poets mixing with painters mixing with musicians mixing with filmmakers is a pretty incredible thing to be a part of.
Dream Project: I would love to create an amazing mentorship program for our artists.
Love about the Indy arts scene: The kind, generous, talented artists who make it happen!
When you are not out crusading for the arts, where can we find you? Creating art projects and watching BBC America's Planet Earth with my six-year-old daughter.
