Jennifer traveled to London, England for a four-week Shakespeare intensive with the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art. She was inspired by the coursework in Clown, Physical Performance, Voice, Combat, Stage Fighting, Monologues, Period Dance, Alexander Technique, Acting Shakespeare, and Sonnets.
While she did do some sightseeing and took in London theatre productions, what she most enjoyed was being "in a safe environment to be a student, to stumble and mess up, and take my time exploring new techniques without the constraints of it culminating in a production - a finished product." Although she's been a professional actor since 2003, "the question continues to arise: am I good enough to keep working? The answer is yes!" Since her return from the Royal Academy, her schedule has been non-stop with performances in Ohio and in Indianapolis, including being asked to do her own solo show at the Indiana Repertory Theatre, which she said began the "best season of my career."
