In honor of the National Day of Racial Healing, the IU Indianapolis Multicultural Center is hosting “A Day of Justice, Solidarity, and Renewal.” This event will feature artistic and poetic experiences led by Emmy award-winning Dr. Lasana Kazembe from the School of Education in collaboration with creatives Es Cole and Alejandra Carrillo from Herron School of Art and Design. These facilitated experiences will provide participants with an opportunity to examine justice, connect with community, and find pathways of healing and renewal. Contact mciui@iu.edu with questions.
