Arts for Lawrence is proud to announce the opening of the FLAVA FRESH 21! Annual Juried Art Show, a major exhibition of contemporary fine art. The show starts with a FREE Opening Reception on Thursday, October 3rd, from 6:00 PM to 8:30 PM, at the Arts for Lawrence Visual Arts Center, 8970 Otis Avenue, Lawrence, IN 46216. Everyone is welcome, and the event will feature light refreshments.

This is the 3rd exhibition of the 2024-2025 FLAVA FRESH ! Series, which includes 42 talented artists. Curated by FLAVA FRESH ! Founder D. Del Reverda-Jennings, this exhibition gives new and early-career artists a chance to showcase their work professionally. Guests will see a wide range of artwork that explores fresh and exciting ideas in contemporary art.

FLAVA FRESH ! helps emerging artists by giving them exposure, media coverage, and a chance to exhibit their work. It also offers the public, including both new and experienced art lovers, an opportunity to discover the next generation of creative voices.

In addition to the Opening Reception on October 3rd, the FLAVA FRESH 21! Annual Juried Exhibition will be open to the public at these times through October 31st.

Thursdays: 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM (beginning October 10th)
Fridays: 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM

Notes: The Arts for Lawrence Visual Arts Center is located on the Fort Ben Cultural Campus. Off of 56th Street, you will turn North on Post Road. When you get to the stop sign on Otis, continue North and it’s the second building on your left. It’s a 2-story brick building with teal doors. The gallery is located on the first floor.
