The SullivanMunce Cultural Center is pleased to announce the upcoming reception and opening of FLAVA FRESH ! FLAVA FRESH ! is an annual juried series of contemporary fine art exhibitions held consecutively in multiple venues around Indianapolis. FLAVA FRESH ! is a biennial exhibition at the SullivanMunce Cultural Center. FLAVA FRESH ! serves as a platform to cultivate, incubate, develop, and facilitate innovative artistic creativity.

Created over 28 years ago as an initiative to bring greater awareness, appreciation, and exposure to visual artists, FLAVA FRESH ! supports beginner, newly discovered, early-to-mid career, and established artists with a focus on underrepresented artists. FLAVA FRESH ! artists utilize all manners of discipline and media to create stunning and thought-provoking artwork.

This multicultural, multigenerational platform has received numerous awards, including the esteemed “Indiana Governor’s Arts Award” in 2023 and the prestigious Arts Council of Indianapolis, 2019 “ARTI, A Full Creative Life for All Award”. Several FLAVA FRESH ! participants have garnered national and international recognition.

The exhibition and opening are FREE and open to the public. The exhibition will continue through Saturday, October 25, 2025.
