After a hugely successful inaugural year, the Indy Dance Festival returns, July 19th -21st, inviting the whole community to gather for one weekend to learn, grow, connect, be inspired, and dance together!

Friday evening a FREE Community Class: Open Level Intro to Freestyle and Improv class, followed by a FREE Community Improv Jam will kick-off this incredible weekend of dance!! Saturday & Sunday 10 Masterclasses, 3 FREE panel discussions, a FREE Community Photography project by Indy Dance Photography, and 3 more FREE Community Classes
(Adaptive dance for All Abilities, Dance for Neurodivergent Movers, and Ballet and Dance for movers 50+) will all take place in the dance studios of Lilly Hall at Butler University. Each day is capped by an evening performance at the Schrott Center for Performing Arts that showcase some of the many styles of dance, companies, individuals, and dance organizations present in the greater Indy area and beyond.
