A PLACE TO CALL OUR OWN…OUR HOME
Join the Butler University Choral Department for an evening of uplifting music that celebrates that which anchors us in community: our home. Whether family, friends, friends who are family, or the physical spaces we inhabit, the concept of home connects and unites us. The Butler Chorale and Spectra, under the direction of Eric Stark, present works across the centuries including Renaissance selections by Giovanni Gastoldi and Thomas Weelkes, Romantic-era works by Mendelssohn, and contemporary selections by varied composers featuring Josu Elberdin, Michael Bussewitz-Quarm, Reginal Wright, and Matthew Lyon Hazzard.
