Indiana Artist Frank Vietor (1919-2006) had an almost singular devotion to capturing the majesty of the steam locomotive in its waning days (c. 1950s) in stunningly realistically rendered vignettes featuring period-correct everything. We are fortunate to be opening on First Friday with a single owner collection of over 20 original paintings depicting Vietor’s love affair with steam.
