About PreEnact Polk Stables:

This one-day, PreEnactment Theater experience blurs the lines between an art festival, a business networking event, performance art, and a day at the office. During the event, the community (YOU!) acts out selected Martindale Brightwood neighborhood Quality of Life plan goals that will enrich the area community.

About PreEnact Theater:

An interactive theater experience that serves as a community visioning tool. YOU are invited, the attendee, to be an actor. This is OUR script.

The scene opens at the historic Polk Stables in the Martindale Brightwood neighborhood. This is OUR stage, where a vibrant and collaborative future plays out through YOUR attendance (acting). PreEnactment Theater enables us to create habits that transform us, our work, and our community.

– Live Podcasts Every Hour (2:00–7:00 PM) in the Sound Cave
– Ribbon Cuttings & Business Tours (including Seoul Fresh Korean cuisine, coworking tours, and more)
– Live Painting & Public Art tours by local artists
– Music by singer-songwriter in residence Pascal Glock, Men in the Fire, and others
– Augmented Reality Tours of neighborhood history + Polklore Micro-Museum
– Monon Parade (2:00pm) including all PreEnactors
– Community celebration (7pm)(ticketed)
