Urban line dance encompasses beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels of choreographed dances to R&B, Rap, and other urban music worldwide. It is a great form of cardio exercise that can easily be adjusted to fit the individual’s comfort level. Recommendations on alternate moves are offered and encouraged. Urban line dance is mostly about using dance as a form of exercise and having fun while doing it!! This class is FREE, and all are welcome!
