Gallery 924, in partnership with guest curators Aurora PhotoCenter, was proud to present Is Everyday Extraordinary?. The group exhibition highlighted photographic works of various processes that demonstrated photography’s unique ability to make common everyday objects and happenings seem extraordinary. Patrons viewed artwork by some of central Indiana’s best contemporary photographers as well as learned more about Aurora and its mission to support a thriving photography scene in Indianapolis.

Founded in 2018, Aurora PhotoCenter is a new arts nonprofit dedicated to supporting creativity through photography. Aurora aims to elevate the photographic arts through exhibitions, workshops, and providing access to creative tools for practicing artists. Learn more at AuroraPhoto.org.
