Small Works
Intake: November 3 and 4, 3 – 6 pm
On view: November 7 – December 20
Artist Reception: November 14th, 6:30-8:30pm
This exhibition will focus on small-scale artworks no larger than 8” x 10”, with the intention of making art more accessible for first-time buyers and seasoned collectors alike. Consider a variety of small sizes and formats. Submit works in two-dimensional media, including drawing, painting, printmaking, pastel, photography, fiber, and mixed media. Perfectly sized for collecting and giving.
Submissions can range from the traditional to the most conceptual, abstract, or experimental.
Artwork will be displayed at Twenty North Gallery / Hancock County Arts

• HCA takes a 30% commission on all artwork sold in the gallery; however, artists should maintain their prices at a consistent level based upon previous sales.
• HCA will present awards for 1st, 2nd, 3rd place and honorable mention artworks.
Eligibility
• ALL two-dimensional media are accepted for this show. NO 3-dimensional work.
• All work should be “small”…. or no greater than 8×10 inches; there is no minimum size.
• SMALL should not be confused with a more traditional “miniatures” show. Artists who create miniature works are welcome to apply, but this show is more about the element of surprise, experiment, interaction, and whimsy that can happen when you make art tiny!
• Artists may apply with up to seven completed individual artworks. Please no sets of artworks (diptych, triptych, etc.). Artwork can complement other artworks, but each artwork must be priced and sold separately.

• All work must be original. NO AI GENERATED WORK.
• Displayed artworks may be photographed for promotion of exhibit (social media, print materials, etc.).
• Entry Fee $35 for up to five entries. $5 per each additional entry.
• Total Submissions: Min. 1, Max. 7
Presentation
• All 2D work MUST be wired for hanging BEFORE drop-off. No sawtooth hangers. Works not ready to hang will not be included in the exhibition.
