Indiana Artisan has been helping artists and small-batch food and beverage producers whose work ranks among the best in the state build their businesses and business skills for 17 years. It has opened the application process for 2025.
Prospective applicants can learn about the organization and its benefits in the application package, found at IndianaArtisan.org/become-an-indiana-artisan/. The timeline, art and food guidelines, and art and food applications are also part of that package. Applications are due by noon June 2. There will then be a window when art, food and beverage samples can be delivered. The art and food panels convene in mid-July, and decisions are announced in early August.

The state legislature directed Indiana Artisan in 2010 to find and recognize the best art, food and beverage made by Hoosiers. Applications go through a rigorous jury process to ensure only the best earns the honor.
