Indy Convergence’s signature residency program is now accepting applications through March 31, 2025. This is a collaborative residency where creatives from different backgrounds create new work, teach a workshop, participate in daily movement warm-ups, and work together in a collaborative project directed by one of the participants.
All participants will receive a minimum stipend of $500, and artists from outside Marion County are provided with housing. Founding participant and long time partner Ian Garrett shared, “the residency models abundance and care in a way that’s hard to shake once you’ve been a part of it. It gets art work.” And two-time participant Lysandra Petersson says, “Indy Convergence provides you with the most earnest, supportive team any artist could hope for.”

✨WHAT: The Convergence is our namesake artists residency, this two week, full-time program offers artists the time, space, and resources to step away from the pressure of producing a finished work and focus on exploring and expanding their creative vision in a cohort of artists.
