Jeffersonville Public Arts Commission – Falls Landing Project-phase 2
The Jeffersonville Public Arts invites you to submit proposals for an exciting new public art installation in our community. We are seeking talented sculptors to enhance our newest outdoor space with original works that will engage and inspire residents and visitors alike.
PROJECT DETAILS
Commission: seeking 2 artists to Design, execution, and installation of original outdoor sculptures, 2 total sculptures will be picked.
Compensation: $12,000 per sculpture
Installation Timeline: Fall 2025
Location: The sculptures will be displayed in sequence alongside a walking path at Falls Landing, our newest public outdoor space adjacent to Jeffersonville’s NoCo Arts & Cultural District.

Context: Falls Landing serves as a gateway to our vibrant arts district and offers a unique opportunity to continue enhancing Jeffersonville’s newest park scape through innovative design concepts with a showcase of unique sculptures by artists, to stimulate interest in Jeffersonville’s public art efforts and add cultural value to the area. This project will serve as an economic development tool by attracting visitors, residents, and businesses to the area.
PROJECT GOALS
• Create distinctive public art that reflects the character and spirit of Jeffersonville
• Establish an engaging visual dialogue between the sculptures and their surroundings
• Encourage community interaction with public spaces
• Enhance the cultural landscape of our growing arts district
CALL FOR PROPOSALS
We are actively seeking proposals from artists for these two sculpture installations. Artists may submit proposals for one or both sculptures. Each proposal will be evaluated individually on its own merits.
