United States Regional Arts Organizations offers the 2024–25 National Leaders of Color Fellowship program.
During this no-cost leadership development program, selected fellows receive:
– Access to specialists in the field
– Strategic learning objectives determined to deepen thought on anti-racist and culturally-oriented leadership practices
– National-level network and cohort building.
The National Leaders of Color Fellowship is an eight-month leadership development experience for leaders of color that runs from late fall 2024 through early summer of 2025.
Candidates should self-identify as Black, Indigenous and/or a person of color and as an early or mid-career leader in the field of arts and culture. Candidates should be a current resident of the United States.
Applications are due by October 13, 2024.
