Public Art for Neighborhoods Grants Available

Deadline: 10/06/2024

Public Art for Neighborhoods Grants Available

Public Art for Neighborhoods (PAFN) is a City of Indianapolis program that ensures that City incentive funding for private development in certain districts returns benefits to neighborhoods in the form of increased arts and cultural activity. PAFN grants, from funding provided by private developers, are a PARTNERSHIP opportunity for artists and communities to work together to put arts activity in public spaces.

It does not need to be traditional public art! The proposed project must be an arts- or culture-based event, program, activity, installation, or idea that is open to the general public to access free of any admission charge, and must be located in Marion County, Indiana.

Either the artist or the neighborhood partner may apply. Grants are from $500 to $5,000 and projects must be completed by June 30, 2025.
