We also have openings for summer camp instructors for YOUTH (ages 7 -11):
June 9-13 (9 am to 4 pm) – Art Camp/Nature’s Palette: Focus on art inspired by nature. Activities could include botanical drawing, rock painting, leaf printing, and making eco-friendly sculptures.
June 23-27 (9 am – 4 pm) – Art and Drama Camp/Time Travelers: Create art inspired by historical periods, from cave paintings to futuristic designs. Each day can focus on a different era.
July 14-18 (9 am -4 pm) – Art and Drama Camp /Mythical & Magical: Focus on fantasy creatures like dragons, unicorns, or fairies. Projects might include sculpting, wand-making, or painting enchanted landscapes. This camp would be half-day art projects and half-day drama. The children would write their own play with instructor guidance and make their props and/or costumes to perform a play at the end of the week for their parents/grandparents.
Compensation/Materials/Enrollment
Compensation is $20 per hour of instruction, lunch period/recess, and one hour of prep each day. You will receive a 1099 in January 2026 for 2025 taxes. We let instructors create their own projects/curriculum within the themes. We provide all materials. The maximum enrollment for each week is 10-12 students.
