Ignite Studio at the Hamilton East Public Library in Fishers has opened a call for art for our annual exhibit, “The 700 Collection.” We are seeking art in a variety of mediums for this juried group exhibit with cash awards for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place.
About “The 700 Collection”
The non-fiction 700s section of the library is all about the arts! In the stacks of the 700s, readers can browse for information on traditional mediums, such as painting and ceramics, and less traditional mediums, such as digital and graffiti art. You will find books on ikebana, crocheting with wire, stained glass, paper quilling, and more. Show us any and all of these mediums and art forms for the upcoming exhibit: “The 700 Collection.”
Submission Deadline
Deadline to submit is Wednesday, January 21, 2026. Artists may submit up to three pieces.
Submission Guidelines
Submit all required materials via email to hurstk@hamiltoneastpl.org.
Subject line of email should include the below info for all pieces in this format:
Subject: The Road Less Traveled, Oil, 12×20, $270; Self-Portrait, Acrylic, 18×30, $300; Sunrise, Mixed Media, 8×16, NFS

Stop by and see “The 700 Collection” on display from February 28 – May 15, 2026. Artwork will be displayed at Ignite Studio in the lower level of the Hamilton East Public Library at 5 Municipal Drive, Fishers, IN, 46038.
