Cain’s Creative Chaos, located at 1221 Indy Way on the West Side, is looking for motivated, community-minded artists who want to be part of an active, supportive, and high-energy creative space. If you’re an artist who loves sharing your work and helping build a thriving art community, we want to hear from you!
Who We’re Looking For
We’re especially interested in artists who can say yes to some (or all!) of the following:
Active on social media or able to engage an audience
Willing to share, invite, and help promote gallery events
Open to taking the occasional volunteer gallery shift
Interested in helping expand our open hours—especially Sundays, weeknights, or occasional weekday shifts
Interested in teaching workshops (a HUGE plus, but not required!)
Performers, makers, or creatives interested in hosting markets, pop-ups, or special events
Excited about being part of a collaborative, community-first makerspace
If you’re excited about building something with us—not just hanging art and walking away—this is your place.
Gallery Space Options
Affordable options with NO commission taken:
3′ x 8′ gallery walls: $45/month (larger spaces available)
Display shelves: $15/month (small) or $25/month (large)
Opportunities for featured artist months, workshops, markets, and pop-ups
Gallery Hours
Currently open Thursday–Saturday
with plans to expand into Sundays & Select weeknights
We also open for occasional events Sunday–Wednesday depending on demand and staff availability.
