WORLD ARTS EXPO (WAX) ARTWORK EXHIBITION
Presented by Indy’s Global Village,
herein referred to as “the venue.”
Works exploring the countries and cultures of the world.
Open to individuals who are 18 years or older and minors with parental consent who identify as
international artists residing in the state of Indiana and abroad, as well as local artists exploring themes
related to their heritage. All works must have been completed within the last 5 years. Works in
progress will also be considered for entry and upon acceptance must be completed by delivery deadline.
Maximum size of any work may not exceed 48 inches in any dimension. All works must be framed
or suitably presented. Wall hanging works must have a wire in between two “D” ring attachments.
Plexiglass glazing preferred. Hanging works may not exceeed 80 lbs. Three dimensional works must
be self standing, without assistance of special hardware.
All mediums will be considered for entry.
The venue reserves the right to refuse any accepted work which is judged to be signicantly different
from the entered digital image, sketch, concept, or work in progress.
All entered work must be available for sale. The venue will encourage the sale of works. Interested
parties will be directed to venue staff. The venue collects a 25% commision on all sales of art.

Works must be hand-delivered. Deliveries made after due date will not be accepted. Deliver
accepted works to the Global Village at 4233 Lafayette Road. Works must be picked up within 90
days of the close of the exhibition. Works left after that time become property of the venue.
The venue will not insure works while in our possession, however all reasonable care will be given to
the works while in our custody. You are welcome to insure your works on your own terms while in
our possession.
The venue and parent organization the International Marketplace Coalition reserve the right to
reproduce accepted works, artist headshots, and biographies in, but not limited to, promotional
materials and publications both digital and in print. See Page 4 for more details.
