About the IDEA Learning Series

Advancing the Equity Journey: Expert Speaker Series
This speaker series pairs a local arts leader with an IDEA expert to discuss an aspect of their equity journey. The topics are based on themes that emerged from the 2023 Annual Grants Program panel review.

Rising to the Challenge: Peer Learning Sessions
At peer learning sessions, arts organization leaders talk about the challenges they’re facing in their IDEA journey and seek peer input. Come ready to share, discuss, and learn.
