Late in 2019, two local tattoo artists decided to add a splash of color to the side of their business. In large letters of yellow and pink, “Garfield Park” is written across the wall on a sky blue background underneath white clouds. There are also flowers and flying birds beneath the lettering.

Local tattoo artists and co-owners of Ceremony Tattoo, John Deweese and Devin Silver, decided to broaden their artistic talent and create a mural for the south side of their business.  Located on the northeast corner of Shelby and Croft, the mural fits in with the numerous murals already in the area.
