Sculpture at Prospect Falls

In 2018, the Arts Council of Indianapolis and Keep Indianapolis Beautiful, Inc., commissioned Indianapolis artist Jude Odell to create an artwork for the Twin Aire neighborhood in southeast Indianapolis, at a site near Prospect Falls along the Pleasant Run Trail.  The sculpture was completed in summer 2019. The column forms the centerpiece of a newly re-planted pocket park at the corner of Prospect St. and Pleasant Run Pkwy, creating a gateway to the neighborhood in advance of the Community Justice Center’s relocation to Twin Aire. Jude is a Twin Aire resident.
 
Mosaic tiles for the sculpture were created by the community and were added to handmade tiles created by Jude. The finished work is a beautiful addition to the Pleasant Run Greenway!
