These colorful murals were inspired by Broad Ripple’s street art as well as the renowned “Flower Alley” murals nearby.  They enhance two facades of the Versa Apartments and were created by Indianapolis-based artist Siena Baldi. The murals on the balcony walls going up the height of the building are collectively titled Marble Maze, and the mural on the alley side of the building is called Tulip Garden.

The murals were installed as part of the City of Indianapolis’ Public Art for Neighborhoods program by Milhaus Development.
